Advanced Chimney Techniques, Inc. was founded in 1986 by the certified sweep and licensed Master Mechanical Contractor Dale Deraps. We are a Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA), National Fireplace Institute (NFI), and Missouri Propane Association-certified company, and we are also members of the Missouri National Chimney Sweep Guild. In our 35+ years in the industry, our goal has always been to provide customers in Central Missouri with high-quality chimney care at affordable prices. We are located in Jamestown, and we care about our neighbors in Columbia, Jefferson City, Sedalia, throughout Central Missouri. That’s why our technicians work so hard to keep chimneys and heating appliances working efficiently. The security and warmth of you and your family is our number one priority, always.
The extensive certification, training, and experience of the technicians at Advanced Chimney Techniques ensures that you are getting high-quality, thorough work every time we’re on the job. We are experts in the preservation, maintenance, repair, prefabricated chimney systems, and restoration of masonry chimneys and can keep your chimney and fireplace looking great year after year.
In addition to our extensive knowledge and understanding of masonry, our technicians also specialize in the installation of chimney systems and heating appliances. Whether you are looking to add a convenient gas insert to your existing fireplace, or you are interested in a Class A prefabricated chimney, we can make sure your system is installed properly and working efficiently. We also reline flues (including hot water heater flues) and regularly install chimney caps and repair crowns and any other damaged or missing chimney parts.
